Since the share buy back programme was initiated on 4 April 2008, the total
number of repurchased shares is 996,250 for a total amount of DKK 394m.
With the transactions stated above, TrygVesta owns a total of 1,696,742 own
shares, corresponding to 2.5% of the share capital. The total amount of shares
in TrygVesta is 68m including own shares.
