("Brightpoint") has been appointed as a distributor by Verizon Wireless to support its authorized agents and national retailers with Verizon Wireless approved handsets and data devices. Under the terms of the agreement, Verizon Wireless authorized agents and national retailers will now be able to obtain products through Brightpoint. The appointment of Brightpoint as an authorized distributor provides the agent marketplace and national retailers with an additional source for Verizon Wireless tested and branded wireless devices.
