313music JWP AG: Thomas M. Stein remains adviser

Munich, June 25, 2008 – After internal consultations, Thomas M. Stein, CEO
of 313music JWP AG, today informed Supervisory Board Chairman Jürgen
Uhlemann that he would not be renewing his contract and as agreed in 2006
would be retiring from the Management Board of 313music JWP AG as at August
31, 2008.

Jürgen Uhlemann, Supervisory Board Chairman of 313music JWP AG, regretted
Thomas M. Stein’s decision but respected the fact that the latter wishes to
spend more time with his family. He was pleased to learn that Thomas M.
Stein would continue to be available to the company as an adviser.

Alongside his work advising 313music JWP AG, Thomas M. Stein will be
dedicating himself to various projects in the fields of media and
entertainment and his duties as patron of the German Antisepsis Foundation.

His successor as CEO of 313music JWP AG will be announced in the course of
the next few weeks.
