Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On July 27,2007, Baden-Württembergische Investmentgesellschaft mbH,
Stuttgart, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on ISRA VISION AG, Darmstadt,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005488100, WKN: 548810, have  exceeded the 3%  limit
of the Voting Rights on July 24, 2007 and now amount to 3.006% (this
corresponds to 130405 Voting Rights).

Thereof are 2.072% (89,888 voting rights to be attributed pursuant to § 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG to Baden-Württembergische Investmentgesellschaft
mbH, Stuttgart
