It was also adopted that the present fund will proceed as a sub-fund in Investeringsforeningen BPT Invest under the name 'BPT Nordic Real Estate'. Hence, the above mentioned changes will be implemented on OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen with effect from 2 July 2008. As a consequence the order book code will be changed.
