Addendum to the notice regarding proportion of voting rights oursuent to
sec. 21 para.1 WpHG dated 20 April 2007

As of 20 Aporil 2007 Artio Global Management LLC (former Julius Baer
Investment Managment LLC)informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that
on 18 April 20007 the percentage holding of voting rights in MediClin AG
exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounted to 5.03% at that day (equivalent
to 1582979 voting rights.

Futhermore we were informed that the voting rights in the amount of 5.03%
(equivalent to 1582979 voting rights)are entirely attributable to Artio
Global Management LLC (former Julius Baer Investment Managment LLC)pursuant
to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no.6 WpHG.

The voting rights of the following shareholder whose voting rights in
MediClin AG amount to 5% or more have been entirely attributable to Julius
Baer International Equity Fund, New York, USA.
