Nordic Tankers A/S to launch new strat-egy on 27 August 2008
As previously announced, the newly elected Supervisory Board of the company is
working on a new strategy. This strategy is expected to be ready for
publication in connection with the publica-tion of the company's interim report
on 27 August 2008.
In connection with the ongoing strategy process the Supervisory Board is
naturally having discus-sions with the company's business partners - and is
approached by interested buyers of part of the company's fleet.
The Supervisory Board endeavours to identify and make the most of the business
opportunities aris-ing in this connection to ensure that the company will have
the strongest possible platform for im-plementing the new strategy.
If an agreement is reached on the acquisition or sale of tonnage, an
announcement will immediately be issued via OMX.
