Morphic recruits Helena Woxlin as new Director of Human Resources

Morphic can today announce that Helena Woxlin has been recruited as new Director
of Human Resources for the Group with responsibility for ensuring a continued
strong development in HR in line with the Morphic's industrial expansion.

Helena Woxlin has been employed as new Human Resources Director for the Morphic
Group. Prior to joining Morphic, Helena was Head of Department at
Recip/Recipharm, a Swedish-owned drugs manufacturer. From 1997-2007 she held
various positions at AstraZeneca with responsibility for employment issues and
people development. Helena Woxlin holds a M.Sc. in chemical engineering and has
worked for Vattenfall Development. Morphic has not previously had a Human
Resources Director at Group level. 

“As Director of HR, Helena will be focusing on issues like work environment,
executive coaching, skills development, labor law and employee health and
welfare. Helena has a broad and thorough experience of HR issues from working in
an international environment, which is what we need, as her task will be to
support our continued growth,” Jonas Eklind, President and CEO of Morphic
Technologies AB, says.

Helena Woxlin will report to the Group CEO and will be a part of the Group
management team.
