Total Voting Rights announcement according to Article 26a of the WpHG

UBS AG hereby announces that at the end of the month of June 2008
2'932'567’827 registered shares are fully paid-in and that the number of
voting rights pursuant to article 26a WpHG amounts to 2'932'567’827 voting
rights. The change in total voting rights is effective as of June 30, 2008.

However, for the calculation of the thresholds set forth in articles 21 et
seq. WpHG, the number of shares published in the commercial register (which
equates to the number of voting rights) applies as denominator (currently:
2'932'541’279).
