Share capital and voting rights

As required under Section 6 of Executive Order no. 1172 of 9 October 2007 on the
issuers' duty to inform, we advise herewith that the total share capital in     
Ringkjøbing Landbobank amounts to nom. DKK 25,200,000 and that the total number 
of voting rights is 5,040,000.
