Derivatives: Anticipated adjustment in Biophausia AB due to rights issue (30/08)

The following information is based on a press release from BioPhausia AB (BioPhausia) published on July 1, 2008 and may be subject to change.

The board of BioPhausia has proposed that an Extra General Meeting (EGM) approves a rights issue with a subscription price and exchange ratio that will be announced in a press release on July 31, 2008. The EGM will be held on August 4, 2008. The scheduled record date is August 7, 2008. Provided that the EGM approves the proposal, OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in BioPhausia.
