According to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG SAJEP GmbH, Cologne, Germany, informed us
that its rights to vote in our company on June 2, 2008 have overrun the
levels of 3 %, 5 % and 10 % and have reached 14,81 % (1.172.893 voting
rights) at this day.
