In accordance with section 28a of the The Danish Companies Act and
section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act it is reported that
Brødrene Hartmann A/S' five major shareholders (The EDJ Group, The
Brødrene Hartmann Foundation, Commodore ApS and AUS-Invest ApS, ATP
and ATP Invest, and LD Equity 1 K/S) have announced to Hartmann that
upon the merger of the share classes, they have changed the share of
voting rights in Brødrene Hartmann A/S. Henceforth, the voting rights
attached to the company's shares are identical.
The five major shareholders now have the following shareholdings in
Brødrene Hartmann A/S:
