Kingdom, has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of
voting stocks in WashTec AG, Augsburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007507501, WKN:
750750, fell below the 10% threshold on June 30, 2008 and amounted to 9.30%
(1,412,895 voting rights) on this day.
