DISCLOSURE OF A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS UNDER SECTION 10 OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKETS ACT 

According to information received, the proportion of Technopolis Plc's share
capital and votes held by Gazit-Globe Ltd, Tel Aviv, Israel, has risen above
three twentieth (15 %) as a result of share transaction carried out on July 3,
2008. The proportion of Technopolis Plc's share capital and votes controlled by
Gazit-Globe Ltd. is 8,620,000 shares and 15.03 % respectively. 

The share capital of Technopolis Plc totals EUR 96,913,626.29 divided into
57,345,341 shares with a counter-book value of EUR 1.69.
