The Shareholder meeting was represented with over 52% of the outstanding
shares and votes were conducted for the election of Directors as well as
for the appointment of an independent auditor. Tobias Janssen stated, 'We

Financial summary presentations in the Annual Report demonstrated a 36,24%
increase in Net Revenue and a 141,61% increasse in Net Operating Income.
Earnings per share dramatically increased from $0.003 per share to $0.02
per share with an increase of 667% from 2006 to 2007.
Mr. Janssen further stated 'The financial growth of our organization is
