Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On July 03, 2008 , Artio Global Holding LLC, New York, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on MediClin AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006595101, WKN:
659510, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on June 27, 2008 
and now amount to 5.82% (this corresponds to 1832860 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.82% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1832860 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Julius Baer International Equity Fund, New
York, USA.
