On 8th. June 2008, Crédit Agricole S.A. informed us according to Section
21, Subsection 1 of the German Securities Trading Act that the percentage
of voting rights held by Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited
(London - United Kingdom) in BKN International AG (Im Mediapark 8 - 50670
Köln - Germany) fell short of the threshold of 5% and 3% on 3rd June 2008
and amounts to 0,00% (equal to 0 shares).

On 8th. June 2008, Crédit Agricole S.A. informed us according to Section
21, Subsection 1 of the German Securities Trading Act that the percentage
of voting rights held by Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux S.A. (Cedex - France) in
BKN International AG (Im Mediapark 8 - 50670 Köln - Germany) fell short of
the threshold of 5% and 3% on 3rd June 2008 and amounts to 0,00% (equal to
0 shares).

On 8th. June 2008, Crédit Agricole S.A. informed us according to Section
21, Subsection 1 of the German Securities Trading Act that the percentage
of voting rights held by Calyon (Cedex - France) in BKN International AG
(Im Mediapark 8 - 50670 Köln - Germany) fell short of the threshold of 5%
and 3% on 3rd June 2008 and amounts to 0,00% (equal to 0 shares).

On 8th. June 2008, Crédit Agricole S.A. informed us according to Section
21, Subsection 1 of the German Securities Trading Act that the percentage
of voting rights held by Crédit Agricole S.A. (Paris - France) in BKN
International AG (Im Mediapark 8 - 50670 Köln - Germany) fell short of the
threshold of 5% and 3% on 3rd June 2008 and amounts to 0,00% (equal to 0
shares).

Crédit Agricole S.A. is the parent company which owns directly and
indirectly 97,77% of Calyon, Calyon owns 100% of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux
S.A.and Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux S.A. owns 100% of Crédit Agricole
Cheuvreux International Limited.
