Munich, 10.07.2008 - ATOSS Software AG has recorded continuing growth in
both sales and results in the first half of 2008 and clearly exceeded the
figures booked in its record year in 2007. Provisional figures show sales
in the first half-year up 14% at EUR 13.3 million (previous year EUR 11.7
million). Sales in Q2 rose by 17% to EUR 6.9 million (previous year EUR 5.9
million).

The principal factor behind these excellent sales developments was once
again the gratifyingly strong upward trend in software licensing and
consulting. Sales of software licenses were 12 % higher at EUR 2.8 million
(previous year EUR 2.5 million), while turnover from consulting services
expanded by 23% to stand at EUR 3.7 million (previous year EUR 3.0
million). Due in particular to the strong order intake in the second
quarter, orders on hand for software licenses were up 32% at EUR 2.0
million (previous year EUR 1.5 million). The continuing stable development
in the company’s business is therefore secure.

The key figures again show significant improvements, with EBIT coming in at
EUR 2.7 million (previous year EUR 1.9 million), net profit at EUR 1.7
million (previous year EUR 1.2 million) and earnings per share at EUR 0.43
(previous year EUR 0.31).

Against the backdrop of this excellent development in sales and the
continuing stable order situation, over the year as a whole the company
expects to clearly exceed its forecast for EBIT of over EUR 4 million
(previous year EUR 3.7 million) and remain on course for further profitable
growth.

ATOSS Software AG will publish its full provisional figures for the first
quarter of the year on July 25, 2008.
