The Bonds are transferred to the observation list as Roskilde Bank have
announced that in
conjunction with the normal check of their loan and guarantee portfolio during
the preparation of
their semi-annual report, have been forced to conclude that the bank will have
significantly larger
depreciations on their loan and guarantee portfolio than previously anticipated.
Roskilde Bank has
also announced that the specific size and extent of the depreciations is
currently not known, but will
be published as soon as the final calculations are in place.
Roskilde Bank has also announced that there have been several negotiations with
companies who
potentially are interested in acquiring the bank, but these negotiations have
not yet led to a bid for
the bank.
Roskilde Bank has also announced that they have received a liquidity guarantee
from the Danish
National Bank.
