notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1a of the WpHG that its percentage of
voting rights in Manz Automation AG amounted to 3.14 % (140,867 voting
rights) as per 30 June 2008. These 3.14 % (140,867 voting rights) are to be
attributed to William Blair & Company, LLC pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
