Release of a Voting Rights announcement

FMR LLC, Boston, USA has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the
following:
On 10 July 2008 FMR LLC fell below the threshold of 3 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG. On that date, FMR LLC held 2,45 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG arising from 1,245,954 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, USA has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 10 July 2008 Fidelity Management & Research Company fell below the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG. On that date, Fidelity
Management & Research Company held 2,25 % of the voting rights in Kontron
AG arising from 1,144,854 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to Fidelity Management &
Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
