Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Correction of the announcement of voting rights dated 13th August 2007.

Financiere de l'Echiquier, Paris, France, informed us on 11st July 2008 in
correction to the notification dated 26th June 2007:

'We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
21st May 2007, our voting interest in burgbad AG (DE000A0EKLW0) exceeded
the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3,02% (106300 of voting rights) on this
day.

Of these voting rights 3,02% (106300 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Financiere de l'Echiquier pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the
WpHG.'

and

'We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
18th June 2007, our voting interest in burgbad AG (DE000A0EKLW0) exceeded
the threshold of 5% and amounted to 5,57% (196070 of voting rights) on this
day.

Of these voting rights 3,02% (106300 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Financiere de l'Echiquier pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the
WpHG.'
