Release of a Voting Rights announcement

According to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act) Vivacon AG, Cologne,
Germany, informed us that its voting rights in our company on July 09,
2008, have passed over the levels of 3 % 5 % and have reached hence 9,9994
% (791.950 voting rights). Therefrom 9,9994 % (791.950 voting rights) are
attributed to Vivacon AG according to § 22 sec. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights are attributed to Vivacon AG by the following shareholders
having a share of voting rights in Deutsche REIT AG of 3 % or more:
