Release of a Voting Rights announcement

According to §§ 21 sec. 1 with 24 WpHG (Securities Trading Act) Vivacon AG,
Cologne, Germany, informed us on behalf of its affiliate Vivacon zweite
Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG, Cologne, Germany, that the rights to vote in
our company of Vivacon zweite Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG on July 9, 2008,
have passed over the levels of 3 % 5 % and have reached hence 9,9994 %
(791.950 voting rights).

According to §§ 21 sec. 1 with 24 WpHG (Securities Trading Act) Vivacon AG,
Cologne, Germany, informed us on behalf of its affiliate Vivacon
Development Projektgesellschaft V. Verwaltungs GmbH, Cologne, Germany, that
the rights to vote in our company of Vivacon Development
Projektgesellschaft V. Verwaltungs GmbH on July 09, 2008, have passed over
the levels of 3 % 5 % and have reached hence 9,9994 % (791.950 voting
rights). Therefrom 9,9994 % (791.950 voting rights) are attributed to
Vivacon Development Projektgesellschaft V. Verwaltungs GmbH according to §
22 sec. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights are attributed by the following
shareholders having a share of voting rights in Deutsche REIT AG of 3% or
more:

- Vivacon zweite Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG
