JSC "TRASTA KOMERCBANKA" has purchased shares of "Misto Bank" and "Rolvenden Standard"

JSC "TRASTA KOMERCBANKA" (Reg.No. 40003029667, legal address 9, Miesnieku Str.,
Riga, LV-1050, Latvia) has purchased a stake of 9,0055 % in the Commercial bank
"Misto Bank" of Ukraine (Reg.Code 20966466). Besides, JSC "TRASTA KOMERCBANKA" 
has purchased 100% of the stock of the subsidiary with foreign investment
"Rolvenden Standard" (Reg.Code 31069036 in the Single State Register of
Enterprises and Organisations of Ukraine) whose assets comprise 41,2945% of
Misto Bank's shares.
