Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On July 12, 2008 , Mr Craig Sheftell, USA has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on IM
Internationalmedia AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0STYJ1, WKN:
A0STYJ, have fallen below the 30% limit of the Voting Rights on June 19,
2008  and now amount to 23.77% (this corresponds to 1797480 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 23.77%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1797480 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Sheftell  from Eluvium Holdings GmbH, München, Deutschland
via Eluvium Limited, London, UK.
