(Pink Sheets:AFAO) is pleased to announce that the Company's officers and Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Mike Gibilisco as CEO and, simultaneously, the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Jon Goldwater as President. Jon Goldwater will continue to work with the Company in a consulting capacity, and will continue running the day to day operations of the music division.
Mr. Gibilisco is an expert in video technology and brings extensive consulting, editing, producing, and directing experience, and will assume full operational responsibility for the Public Company, which will be changing its name to 3D Eye Solutions.
Currently producing and directing music videos, television shows, movies, and commercials, Mr. Gibilisco, president of MG Studios, has 15 years of experience in the film, video, and animation industry. Over the years, Mr. Gibilisco has received The Communicator's and Aurora awards for directing, special events, and animation. Mr. Gibilisco's position at MG Studios consists of managing and overseeing projects throughout their development, pre-production, production, and post-production cycles.
