folgendes mitgeteilt (Stimmrechtsmitteilungen nach § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG):
'On behalf of the above mentioned entities, we herby notify you of the
following:
1. On behalf of Highbridge Capital Management, LLC we announce pursuant to
section 21 sub-section 1 WpHG that on 7th July 2008 Highbridge Capital
Management, LLC has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights and
now amounts to 5.02% (1,205,251 shares) in relation to all shares of the
respective voting shares. All voting rights are attributed pursuant to
section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
2. On behalf of JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. we announce
pursuant to section 21 sub-section 1 WpHG that on 7th July 2008 JPMorgan
Asset Management Holdings Inc. has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights and now amounts to 5.02% (1,205,251 shares) in relation to
all shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights are
attributed pursuant to section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
3. On behalf of JPMorgan Chase & Co. we announce pursuant to section 21
sub-section 1 WpHG that on 7th July 2008 JPMorgan Chase & Co. has exceeded
the threshold of 5% of the voting rights and now amounts to 5.08%
(1,220,251 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares. Thereof, 0.06% (15,000 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to
section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Further 5.02% (1,205,251
shares) are attributed pursuant to section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no.
6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.'
