trends and confirms the year-end forecast with provisional Q3 results

Stetten am kalten Markt, 15th July 2008. primion Technology AG reports
provisional total revenue figures for the 3rd quarter of the fiscal year
2007/2008 of 15.5 million Euros, which fall within the expected range and
exceed those of the same quarter of the previous year (12 million Euros) by
29.2%. The total revenues accumulated to 30th June 2008 of 45.4 million
Euros are ahead of the situation at the same time last year (39.6 million
Euros) by 14.7%.
With an EBIT standing at over 1 million Euros, the figure from the
comparative quarter last year of -0.3 million Euros has been significantly
exceeded, by 1.3 million Euros. Accumulated, the EBIT stands at 2.0 million
Euros, representing an increase of 11.1% over the previous years figure of
1.8 million Euros.
Taking into account the value of the order book at the end of the previous
quarter of 30.3 million Euros and several interesting projects that are in
the decision-phase, the current quarter results confirm the Boards
forecast of achieving total revenues of more than 60 million Euros by the
end of the fiscal year at 30th September 2008 and an EBIT ahead of the
previous years. The 3rd quarter report from primion Technology AG for
fiscal year 2007/2008 will be published on 19th August 2008.
