Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On July 11, 2008, FIL Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, Kent,
United Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Tognum AG, Friedrichshafen,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0N4P43, WKN: A0N4P4, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on July 10, 2008 and amounts to 3.08% (this corresponds
to 4049623 Voting Rights) on this date. All of these Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 4049623 Voting Rights) are attributed to the FIL Investment
Management Limited according to Article 22, Section 1, Clause 1, No. 6 and
Article 22, Section 1, Clause 2 WpHG.
On July 11, 2008, FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Tognum AG, Friedrichshafen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0N4P43, WKN: A0N4P4,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 10, 2008 and
amounts to 3.08% (this corresponds to 4049623 Voting Rights) on this date.
All of these Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4049623 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the FIL Limited according to Article 22, Section 1, Clause 1,
No. 6 WpHG.
