First North: VärmeKyl Grossisten Scandinavia AB transferred back from the observation segment (165/08)

The shares in VärmeKyl Grossisten Scandinavia AB were placed on the observation segment on January 25th, 2008 after the company had announced that it had filed for a corporate reconstruction. Since then the company has carried out three new share issues during Q2 2008, the Attunda District Court has ruled that the corporate reconstruction shall be cancelled and the company has today published the half-year report 2008. The company’s Certified Adviser Mangold Fondkommission AB is of the opinion that the company’s shares shall be removed from the observation segment.
 
With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in VärmeKyl Grossisten Scandinavia AB (ISIN code SE0001631367 and order book ID 47660) shall be transferred back to its ordinary position. 

The shares will be transferred with effect from Friday, July 18th, 2008.
