Release of a Voting Rights announcement

The community of heirs of Senator h.c. Heinz Neumüller continues to be the
largest institutional investor of CeWe Color Holding AG (see the latest
release of a voting rights announcement from March 28, 2007). The community
of heirs has transferred their shares to ACN
Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, which is the managing
partner of Neumüller Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. Therefore we received
the following notification:

On July 03, 2008 , Neumüller Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Oldenburg,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on CeWe Color Holding AG, Oldenburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005403901, WKN: 540390, have exceeded the 3%, 5%,
10%, 15%, 20% and 25% limit of the Voting Rights on June 16, 2008  and now
amount to 27.37% (this corresponds to 2020001 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 27.37%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2020001 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from ACN Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH &
Co. KG.
