Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On July 15, 2008 , Mr Harald Christ, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Westgrund AG, Remscheid, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0HN4T3, WKN: A0HN4T, have
exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 17, 2008  and now amount
to 4.80% (this corresponds to 413225 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.80% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 413225 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Christ  from Christ Capital Aktiengesellschaft.
