according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on PRO DV Software AG, Dortmund, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006967805,
WKN: 696780, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on July
17, 2008  and now amount to 9.63% (this corresponds to 414000 Voting
