Correction: New attachment.

The Board of Directors of Alfesca has resolved to increase the share capital of
the Company by ISK 1,808,812 pursuant to article 2.1 of the articles of
association in connection with the Company´s stock option plan.  Following the
issue of shares, the total share capital of the Company will be ISK
5,877,692,004.  The articles of association have been updated accordingly.
