The second quarter release and quarterly conference call, previously scheduled for July 29, were moved to August 6 in order to allow the company's new Chief Financial Officer, Scott Krenz, to participate. Mr. Krenz has been transitioning into his role as CFO and acclimating to Heidrick & Struggles since his appointment on June 10, 2008, but does not start full-time with the company until August 4, 2008.
A news release will be issued prior to the Nasdaq Market opening on August 6, 2008 followed by a conference call at 10:00 am EDT, 9:00 am CDT. The call will last approximately one hour and will include remarks by the company's senior management and a question and answer session.
