EM.Sport Media AG acquires further shares in Highlight Communications AG
from Bernhard Burgener – In return, Bernhard Burgener receives, amongst
others, a share package in EM.Sport Media AG of around 2.95 percent

Ismaning, July 21, 2008 – EM.Sport Media AG today acquired a further
2,818,847 shares in Highlight Communications AG of Pratteln, Switzerland.
The shares were sold by Mr. Bernhard Burgener, President of the Board of
Directors of Highlight Communications, current Deputy Chairman of the
Supervisory Board of EM.Sport Media AG and, with effect from September 1,
2008, CEO of EM.Sport Media AG. This move increases the stake held by
EM.Sport Media AG in the Swiss media company by around 6 percent from 37.6
percent to a total of 43.6 percent.

For the shares in question, EM.Sport Media AG is paying the seller a sum of
16,455,808 Euro in cash. In addition, Mr. Bernhard Burgener is receiving
2,298,770 shares in EM.Sport Media AG from the company’s treasury stock.
This transaction means that he will hold a stake of around 2.95 percent of
EM.Sport Media AG authorized share capital.

In the near future, EM.Sport Media AG also intends to acquire further
shares from other Board Members and the management team of the Highlight
Communications AG, respectively. It is envisaged that its shareholding in
Highlight Communications AG will thus increase to around 47 percent.
