The shares of 365 hf., will be removed from trading on OMX Nordic Exchange Iceland hf. after closing of trading day, August 8th 2008 in accordance with the company's request from June 1st, 2008. The removal of shares is made with reference to Art. 7.1 of Listing Requirements of the Nordic Exchange.
