On July 23, 2008 , Mr Werner Wirsing-Lüke, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on e-m-s new media AG, Dortmund, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005212807,
WKN: 521280, have fallen below the 30%, 25% and 20% limit of the Voting
Rights on July 23, 2008  and now amount to 15.4% .
