About the Author

Bert Domingo is a teacher with credentials in teaching Psychology and in Counseling in the state of California. His work experiences include management positions in personnel, training and manpower development. He was an ILO/UNDP Fellow in 1972 and 1975 in Turin, Italy and a US Dept. of Education Fellow for doctoral studies at the University of the Pacific. He also received a scholarship award by the Italian government to study in Perugia and Trieste. His writings include "Freedom Trilogy" and several poems included in anthologies.
