Two High School Teenagers From Ramat-Gan, Israel Have Been Chosen to Represent Ramat-Gan in the International 'Young Ambassadors' in Phoenix, Arizona

Will Show a Presentation on the City and Israel and Participate in Special Events


RAMAT-GAN, Israel and PHOENIX, July 25, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Noa Noy and Dror Sharon, two eleventh grade students from Ort Ebin School in Ramat-Gan, were chosen to represent the city in the "young ambassadors" convention in the twin city Phoenix, Arizona. They will join the convention with other youngsters coming from other Phoenix twin cities worldwide. The girls' representatives will show a presentation on Ramat-Gan and Israel. During the events, they will participate in a reception held by the mayor, Mr. Phil Gordon, who recently visited his colleague Mr. Zvi Bar, mayor of Ramat-Gan.

Ms. Misty Cisneros, head of project, organizes a seminar for the young ambassadors as well as 3-week trips in the western part of the U.S.A.

The mayor of Ramat-Gan, Mr. Zvi Bar, hosted the 2 ambassadors along with the 2 Phoenix ambassadors lately visiting Ramat-Gan, Cassie Gannon & Morgan White. He congratulated them and wished them luck in their mission to represent the city and the country in the special international event.

The trip was organized by the exterior connections dept. in Ramat-Gan, conducted by Ms. Lili Lavi, dealing with twin cities issues worldwide. This unit is part of high school education dept. managed by Ms. Mira Shenan, responsible for youth exchange with twin cities, also guiding the escorting staff.

The Phoenix ambassadors visiting Ramat-Gan, Cassie Gannon & Morgan White, have traveled city and countrywide among the places they visited: the holy Christian sites, museums, culture centers, Massada, Dead Sea, Jerusalem, Nazareth etc. The Ramat-Gan representatives, Noa Noy & Dror Sharon, will be hosted in the Gannon & White residences and in a week's time, the international events will start with receptions, tours & trips in Arizona & L.A tourist sites.
