CHESTERFIELD, Mo., July 28, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Reliv International, Inc. (Nasdaq:RELV), a nutritional supplements and direct sales company, today announced the promotion of Debra Hellweg to vice president of operations, a newly created position.
Previously Hellweg was director of internal audit. In her new post, Hellweg will have responsibility for various departments including the Distributor Service Center and Travel departments.

Hellweg, 37, joined Reliv in 2004. Prior to 2004, she was internal audit manager at Deloitte & Touche and vice president and auditor of Southwest Bank of St. Louis.
She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and an M.B.A. with honors from Webster University. Hellweg is a certified internal auditor (CIA).
