Darmstadt, 29th July 2008 – The capital measuress of 10TACLE STUDIOS AG
decides upon on 3rd July 2008 (ISIN: DE000TACL107) have been successfully
concluded.  The convertible bond amounting to EUR 2,213,119 as well as the
capital increase of EUR 3,995,907 were fully subscribed for by investors.

The total proceeds from both measures of about EUR 6.2m remedy the
liquidity shortage of 10TACLE STUDIOS AG and forms the financial basis of
the initiated restructuring measures of the company.
