Notification pursuant to section 26 para 1 of the WpHG

Amiral Gestion based in Paris, France informed us pursuant to section 21
para 1 of the WpHG that on the 18th of December 2007 the voting interest in
Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany (ISIN DE000FPH9000,
WKN FPH900), had exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 4.09%
(601,224 shares) of the voting rights on that day.

4.09% (601,224 shares) of the voting rights were attributed to Amiral
Gestion in accordance with section 22 para 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
