Release of a Voting Rights announcement

According to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG the company Heinrich Becker Immobilien GmbH,
Cologne, Germany, informed us that its rights to vote in our company on
Thursday, July 3, 2008, have decreased the level of 5 % and have reached
4,86 % (423.092  voting rights) at this day. Therefrom 4,86 % (423.092
voting rights) are attributed to the company according to § 22 sec. 1 sent.
1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights are attributed by the following shareholders
having a share of voting rights in Deutsche REIT AG of 3% or more:
