In the study, Forrester examined the financial impact and potential return on investment (ROI) an organization can realize by deploying ImageNow by Perceptive Software.
Through in-depth interviews, Forrester Consulting found that four existing ImageNow customers provided by Perceptive Software had achieved significant benefits using ImageNow.
The Forrester TEI study concluded that ImageNow generated a risk-adjusted ROI of 197 percent, and a thirteen-month window to regain the investment following the completion of an enterprise deployment.
