The largest ceramic tiles manufacturer in the Baltic States DVARČIONIŲ KERAMIKA
AB, announces its unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the six months
of 2008, prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.
The total DVARČIONIŲ KERAMIKA AB revenue in January-June of 2008 was LTL
34.759 thousand (EUR 10.067 thousand), an increase by 8,5 per cent over the
total revenue of LTL 32.028 thousand (EUR 9.276 thousand) in the six months
of 2007.
EBITDA for the six months of 2008 went up by 10,3 per cent to LTL 5.759
thousand (EUR 1.668 thousand) over LTL 5.220 thousand (EUR 1.512 thousand) in
the six months of 2007. EBITDA margin was 16,6 per cent.
Profit before income tax in the six months of 2008 was up by 100 per
cent and amounted to LTL 892 thousand (EUR 258 thousand) (LTL 445 thousand (EUR
129 thousand) a year ago).
Profit for the period amounted to LTL 815 thousand (EUR 236 thousand), an
increase by 115 per cent over LTL 379 thousand (EUR 110 thousand) a year ago.
