After share acquisitions on 29 July 2008 by Maa- ja vesitekniikan
tuki ry and its subsidiary's share of the total votes in Oriola-KD
Corporation has exceeded one twentieth (1/20).


Moreover, Maa- ja vesitekniikan tuki ry announces that:

2. Reason for which the flagging announcement is done: The ownership
