Notification pursuant to section 26 para 1 of the WpHG

Amiral Gestion based in Paris, France informed us pursuant to section 21
para 1 of the WpHG that on the 30th of July 2008 the voting interest in
Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany (ISIN DE000FPH9000,
WKN FPH900), exceeded the threshold of 10% and amounts to 11.30% (1,660,679
shares) of the voting rights on this day.

11.30% (1,660,679 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to Amiral
Gestion in accordance with section 22 para 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
